WHo is Chris?
I moved here in 2020 and fell in love with this place during one of its most challenging times. Portland has been through a lot, but I see so much good in this city and its people. As a newcomer, I want to bring fresh energy and an outside perspective to our city council.

For the People of DISTRICT 2
From St. John's to Sullivan's Gulch, North and Northeast Portland is why I love this city.
As one of your representatives for District 2, I will address the underlying causes of the housing and addiction crisis. Work to solve the issues around public safety. Promote accountability within city government by keeping citizens informed.
This is my HOME, and I will work for the people of District 2 on our city council.
